Getting started
Your first session includes a thorough consultation. We’ll discuss through your background, aims and any considerations so that your movement journey is safe, effective and enjoyable.
To make sure you get the most out of our time together, it’s recommended to book a block of 4 sessions. This not only helps build consistency but also guarantees your preferred time slots.
