Booking is essential for all classes.

Movement & Mobility 

My signature class and only larger group I offer, weaving together everything I’ve learned over the years. We explore strength, mobility, creativity, elements of soft acrobatics and novel movement patterns. Moving in ways your body was born for, rediscovering what has been lost and uncovering new ways yet to be known.

Expect challenge, variety and a sense of playful discovery in every session.

Men-tanence (North Bovey)

This is a class for “men of a certain age” (their words, not mine). For any man noticing his arms have shortened while trying to get his boxers on, or that the floor has become more unstable when tying shoelaces. We mobilise the whole body, build strength in ways beyond a bicep curl in a friendly and fun way.

Mindful Conditioning (Chagford)

A small, non-intimidating class blending mindfulness with strength, conditioning and functional movement. Using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands, we move in ways that build strength, mobility and body awareness in a practical, energising and surprisingly fun way! Read more.

Mindful Menopause (Ashburton)

Did you know that research on exercise for women in peri-, menopause and post-menopause suggests that traditional high-intensity workouts, which can leave you wired and tired, may not be the most effective approach? Instead, working hard and smart for shorter bursts with longer recovery periods is shown to better support metabolic health, increase muscle and bone density and help lower cortisol levels. And this is how we do it in this class.
